Featuring real 6-input look-up table (LUT) technology, the XC5VFX100T-1FFG1738C provides a dual 5-LUT option for improved reduced-hop routing and enhanced flexibility. The device also includes a 64-bit distributed RAM option and supports SRL32/Dual SRL16 for increased memory and logic resources.
The powerful clock management tile (CMT) incorporates Digital Clock Manager (DCM) blocks for zero-delay buffering, frequency synthesis, and clock phase shifting. Additionally, the integrated Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) blocks enable input jitter filtering, zero-delay buffering, frequency synthesis, and phase-matched clock division.
For high-performance data storage, the XC5VFX100T-1FFG1738C offers 36-Kbit block RAM/FIFOs with true dual-port capabilities and enhanced programmable FIFO logic. The device also supports optional error-correction circuitry and can be configured as two independent 18-Kbit blocks.
