Ramtron (Cypress Semiconductor)

- Ramtron merged with Cypress in November 2012. Cypress integrated Ramtron International’s ferroelectric random access memory (F-RAM) products into its portfolio to complement Cypress’s nonvolatile static random access memories (nvSRAMs).
